Discover insights into student engagement with our comprehensive reports. Track and analyze every aspect of student interaction to enhance learning outcomes and drive success. Gain a deeper understanding of how students interact with your courses using these powerful features:
- Total Time Tracking: Monitor the total minutes students dedicate to each course over specific periods.
- Media Insights: Measure the time spent watching videos and engaging with slide presentations.
- Assessment Progress: Track how long students spend on assessments to evaluate their growth and achievements.
- Exercise Analysis: Discover the time devoted to interactive lesson exercises to identify focus areas.
- Resource Utilization: Access reports on student usage of instructional materials.
1. Click Student Engagement Reports
On the My Courses page:
- Click Student Engagement Reports at the bottom of the course list.
2. Select a Course
- Click the Select Course dropdown and select the course you wish to view the student engagement report over.
3. Select Dates
- Choose a timeframe for the report by selecting a Start Date and End Date.
4. View Report
- Once a course and timeframe has been selected for the report, click the View Report button.
The report will populate with columns indicating the time (in minutes) that a student has spent in the Media, Assessments or Exercises of the course.
An Instructional Resources column shows the number of times resources were accessed by that student.
5. Download Report
The Student Engagement Report is also available to download as a spreadsheet.
