Customer support provides reactive support to customers, escalates customers as needed to the appropriate person or department, & processes purchase orders. Sales ops validates new purchases, creates new organizations in user management, creates quotes as needed for the field revenue team and can provide historical account information.
Finance
The finance department oversees the inflow and outflow of financial resources.
Marketing
The marketing department generates leads and retains customers by creating content, managing the website, sending customer communication and planning and hosting events.
Product
The product department creates the curriculum and certification exams hosted on the iCEV platform as well as manages the back- and front-end coding of the platform.
Sales
The sales department generates and converts leads into customers, as well as upselling and cross-selling current customers. Additionally, the customer experience team onboards and trains new users, provides proactive support to district administrators, and completes nurturing touch points with customers.
Technology
The technology department ensures the soundness of the technology used internally by iCEV employees and the technology associated with the iCEV platform.
